First of all, congratulations on falling pregnant! Second of all, let's make sure you have a healthy pregnancy. Being pregnant for the first time can be a daunting experience. A lack of education on this subject doesn't really prepare you for what's to come. This is why I have made specific programs for each trimester to make your pregnancy just a little bit better. 

PELVIC FLOOR ACTIVATION

Learn how to activate your pelvic floor muscles. This program will teach you how and show you several ways to do it so you can incorporate it in your day to day life. 

TRIMESTER 1

Includes an introduction to pelvic floor and deep abdominal musculature as well as simple ways to work out all the muscles in your body.

TRIMESTER 2

Includes more focus on stability training and full body conditioning. 

TRIMESTER 3

Includes more mobility training. As we get closer to the big day, less focus is on the abdomen and more focus is on the pelvic floor.
