The aim of the guide is to

The workouts are low impact pilates-inspired and include upper body, lower body and full body workouts with a focus on postural, pelvic floor and deep abdominal musculature.


All you will need is a set of dumbbells between 1-5kg and a resistance band.


For each trimester, you will receive:

  • 2 x Lower body strength workouts
  • 2 x Upper body strength workouts
  • 2 x Full body conditioning workouts
